Materials

Rowan 4ply cotton (50g/170m)
100% cotton

3x 50g Aegean Rowan 4 ply cotton

Needles

1 pair 3.25mm(US #4) needles
1 pair 5mm (US #7) needles

Finished Length (Not including cuffs) 60 inches (153 cm) approx.
(Measure across your back from wrist to wrist with arms outstretched and work approximately for however long this is. If you want even 'puffier' sleeves work further again, bearing in mind you will be using more yarn.

Abbreviations

Yrn - yarn round needle. Wrap yarn around needle, by going over top of needle, ending at the same side of needle as began, in this case, at the front.

Pattern

Cast on 50 sts using 3.25mm (US #4) needles. Commencing with a purl row work 2 rows in reverse stocking stitch. Change to 5mm (US #7) needles.

Next row(RS): *Yrn, P2tog, rep from * to end.
This row forms pattern. Continue until work is 60 inches (153cm) or required length, ending with a WS row. Change to 3.25mm (US #4) needles Commencing with a purl row, work 2 rows in reverse stocking stitch. Cast off.

Cuffs (if preferred the cuffs can be knitted using DPNs in the round)

Using 3.25mm (US #4) needles pick up 50 sts along cast off edge. Next row: (k1, p1) rep across row, AT SAME TIME, increasing 10 sts evenly across row. (60 sts)

Continue working in 1x1 rib until 30 rows have been worked. Cast off in rib.

Repeat at cast on edge.

Making Up

Darn in all ends. Sew up cuffs and reverse stocking stitch using slip stitch.
